Traditional Georgian dumplings filled with a rich blend of ground beef and pork, seasoned with fresh herbs, and aromatic spices. Each dumpling is hand-twisted to seal in the flavorful broth that forms during cooking.
Soft dough on the outside, juicy and savory inside, Khinkali are meant to be enjoyed hot — carefully bite, sip the broth, then finish the dumpling.

👩🍳 Step-by-Step Method
Cooking Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a gentle boil. Add frozen khinkali and stir carefully to prevent sticking. Cook for 12–15 minutes,
or until the dumplings are fully cooked and tender. Just before removing them from the pot, pour in 1 cup of cold water.
Then gently lift the khinkali out with a slotted spoon.
🍽️ How to Enjoy:
- Grab the Handle: Pick up the Khinkali by the doughy knob (Kudi).
- The First Sip: Take a small bite of the dough first and slurp the hot broth inside.
- The Discard: Eat the rest of the dumpling, but do not eat the dough handle! It is too tough and serves as a way to count how many you've eaten.
